I just want to thank you for your team's assistance, Property Officer, Andrew Chow and the 2 conservancy workers. They are very helpful in cleaning the underground garden where there is a rat house with 3 burrows. Rats even enter the car park area, bit the wires inside and caused a car to break down at the road side. It also happened to our car before we found out the source. Thank you once again.

I would like to appreciate Community Liaison Executive, Yasser who was very helpful when I had an issue with the overdue bills for my Town Council Service & Conservancy charges. He helped both my mum and myself to overcome our financial issues by guiding us through the process of the forms needed and following up throughout the period of me settling my outstanding payment. Both my mum and me are having health issues and Yasser was very helpful and kind while we were going through a rough period in our lives. Recently I feedback to AMKTC with regards to my bedroom wall peeling badly and damaged wooden skirting and flooring. The next day AMKTC sent Property Officer, Malcom to check on the damage and we were told due to the external wall seepage from rain water causing the damage and they will sent workers to patch up the holes on the external wall. Yesterday, workers patched up the holes on the external wall and AMKTC sent me photos after work done. The worker even helped to dust away some rubbish on the window ledge (really appreciate it). Thank you AMKTC team for the fast response to my feedback and the great job done 👍
