AMKTC provides FREE bulky items removal service once a month for all HDB Residents in Ang Mo Kio GRC, Kebun Baru SMC and Yio Chu Kang SMC: Maximum of 5 items can be disposed; the first 3 items will be disposed free-of-charge, while the next 2 items are chargeable at $5 each.

Maximum dimension of each item to be disposed is 2.1m x .0.9m



This service DOES NOT include:

Dismantling of items
Shifting of house
Clearing of renovation debris
Built-in fixtures (e.g. cabinets, drawers, window grilles etc.)
Fish tank
Piano/Big musical instrument
* Any other item that is unable to fit into the lift.

For safety reasons, please do not leave your bulky items indiscriminately at the common areas such as:





Common corridors/Void decks
Rear of HDB blocks
Centralized refuse chute areas
Staircase landings
Lift lobbies


To Request for Bulky Items Removal:

Residents are able to place their bookings online for Bulky Items Removal 3-5 working days in advance.

Bulky Items Removal Service is only available during weekdays, from 2pm to 5pm, except for public holidays.

Terms and Conditions:
This service provided is meant for HDB residents of Ang Mo Kio GRC, Kebun Baru SMC and Yio Chu Kang SMC only.

Application must be made by the resident of the unit.

Please place all bulky items outside your unit on arrival of the conservancy workers. Our workers will not enter your unit to collect the bulky items. Residents are not allowed to place their bulky items along the common corridor unless items are meant for collection on the appointment date.

Please note that no rescheduling is allowed. Any cancellation will result in the resident forfeiting the month’s Bulky Item Removal.

AMKTC shall not be held liable for any damage or injury to property and/or persons whether or not caused by the fault of AMKTC and/or his servants or agents in the course of carrying out this service.

The applicant agrees to indemnify the Town Council against all actions, claims and demands due to injury to person/s or damage to property that may be lawfully brought on or made against AMKTC by any person/s on account of or attributable to the service rendered.

Disclaimer: Our conservancy workers will not enter your residential unit during this COVID-19 period.
