Thank you very much for resolving the sewage clogging issue which was faced by me for almost a week. Since then there is no further concerns to the property.
The diligence of Property Officer, Andrew Chow and his persistence with the cleaning team that resolved the issues. It’s not only the manhole problem but also with the ground floor unit at the block. Mr Chow liaised with the residents of the unit and managed to get to the bottom of the problem. I am glad to see dedicated officers like Mr Chow at AMK Town Council. His follow up on the dumping of rubbish was also very prompt.
Thank you to Mr Chow for the tight follow up and looking into the needs of the residents.

I'd like to compliment Customer Service Officer, Fion & Saga for the service supply rendered to my family. We were having Kong Teck customarily rite (gratitude homage for my passing mother) at the void deck. The tentage contractor had tapped the ground level and 5th level power points for the elect supply. However, there was no supply from the 5th level point. We called TC supply line in the morning then the EMS. Fion had reached Saga whom reset the MCB. Saga then explained the possible causes of the trip patiently.

Based on the photo taken from the lift lobby, the positioning of the CCTV camera appeared to be monitoring our movements, which had made us feel very uncomfortable. Truly appreciate that after notifying the Town Council, June promptly followed up and acted without delay. Your responsiveness has made a significant impact on resolving this matter. Thank you.
